Year-long fellowship for young filmmakers, chosen from a global pool. Applications run 12 November 2026 to 11 February 2027. Fellows start with a lab at Mass MoCA in North Adams, Massachusetts, in June 2027.

- Emerging fiction and documentary filmmakers aged 18 to 25 from anywhere in the world. One entry per person.

- In 2026: a $5,000 artist grant, a Sundance alumni mentor, a year of workshops and a 12-month Adobe Creative Cloud membership.

What to send
- Short film of 1 to 15 minutes completed in the previous 12 months
- PDF for a new project: lookbook, five script pages, treatment or pitch deck
How to apply
- Pick a recent short of 1 to 15 minutes that shows your voice.
- Prepare a PDF on the project you want to develop during the fellowship.
- Apply on Sundance Collab between 12 November 2026 and 11 February 2027.
Worth knowing
- In 2026 Apple ProRes and raw camera files were not accepted; MP4 and MOV were.
